This being our first blog report we want to thank God for His protection, provision, and guidance in the return from Peru to the USA. We live with Carolyn's mom, on a farm south of Huntsville, AL. Since our return in April 2009 we have:
1. participated in Joshua's T-ball season;
2. had a very productive gardening season: freezer is full and we had much to share!
3. begun our alternative farming operation with beef, broilers, and layers;
4. found a local church that loves God and has loved us as "if we were family;"
5. taken on an interim music minister position (Keith) for a nearby church;
6. experienced the first grade (Joshua and Carolyn);
7. participated in Joshua's soccer season;
8. grown in our trust in God to "supply all our needs"!
We look forward to telling you more about what is Happening with the Hocutts!
